AMD To Introduce A Next-Gen Flagship Killer Graphics Card At CES 2020

AMD will take the wraps off its next-gen RDNA 2 Radeon GPUs at CES 2020 which is not much more than a month’s time, likely revealing the much awaited high-end Navi graphics card, at least according to the rumor mill.
According to the source uncovered by Wccftech via Chiphell, who is a reliable leaker revealed to us what AMD is up to. According to the enigmatically named Wjm47196, CES will be the stage on which AMD will unveil its first preview of the next-gen Radeon graphics cards which will be 2nd-gen RDNA a further honed and refined architecture compared to the original Navi GPUs, in other words 7nm+ – as previous rumors have indicated.
And it’s likely that these GPUs will boast hardware acceleration to give games with ray tracing faster frame rates, and to catch up with Nvidia’s RTX graphics cards on this front. Some of the features to expect from 2nd Generation rDNA Navi GPUs would be:
  • Optimized 7nm+ process node
  • Enthusiast-grade desktop graphics card options
  • Hardware-Level Ray Tracing Support
  • A mix of GDDR6 and HBM2 graphics cards
  • More power-efficient than First-Gen Navi GPUs
It's obviously means that AMD plans to have hardware-level integration on their GPUs to support real-time ray tracing in games. This would put them on par with NVIDIA’s RTX technology which implemented ray-tracing support through hardware-level integration last year with their GeForce RTX 20 series cards.
In addition, is worth noting that the source of this leak spilled a couple of other hints as well, including that there will allegedly be a new wallet-friendly Navi 10 desktop GPU also coming to sit under the RX 5700 somewhere. Perhaps it could be toss around $250, £190, AU$370, to take on Nvidia’s new GTX 1660 Super. Again this could indicate a launch coming sooner rather than later. Although note that all this should be taken with a grain of salt, but that said, these rumors are starting to seriously turning up factually...

OnePlus 7T Pro was launched earlier this week by the Chinese company as the latest flagship. As per our expectations, the all new OnePlus 7T Pro carries forward the legacy of OnePlus 7 Pro with an edge to edge display and a pop up selfie camera. Also, there are many updates in the new flagship phone in comparison to its predecessor. Sporting a 48-megapixel primary sensor, it features a triple rear camera setup. The new device runs Android 10 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC. We expect this smartphone to be a tough competition for the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

The smartphone has been launched for the lone 8GB RAM+256GB storage variant. The phone only comes in Haze Blue colour option. The dual-sim Oneplus 7T Pro runs on Android 10 and also OxygenOS 10.0 as a cherry on top. Talking about the display, the flagship phone has a 6.67-inch QHD+ (1440x3120 pixels) Fluid AMOLED Display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone has a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 camera sensor in the pop up module just like OnePlus 7 Pro that includes an f/2.0 lens for selfies.

It gives many connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and USB Type-C. The flagship phone has a 4.085mAh battery which also supports Warp Charge 30T technology and it's dimensions are- 162.6x75.9x8.8mm. The phone weighs about 206 grams.

Here's A List Of 5 Exciting Smartphones Coming Out This Month

Now, we seem to have entered the second session of smartphone launch season now, as last month was all about great some devices in events held by tech giants like Apple, Asus, OnePlus, etc. So, there are some magnificent smartphones coming up this month and here we are with a list of some of them. So, let's get started!

OnePlus 7T Pro

OnePlus recently unveiled the OnePlus 7T in India in an event. Though there is no official trace of OnePlus 7T Pro is expected to be unveiled in an event scheduled by OnePlus on October 10 in London. It's really hard to imagine where OnePlus will be going next after we saw OnePlus 7 Pro hitting numerous spec points. But, what we can expect are the new camera features that have already been introduced in OnePlus 7T and a Snapdragon 855+ which is going to give the phone a power boost.

Google Pixel 4 and 4XL

Some time back, we saw an incredible flood of Pixel 4 series' specs leaking following a series of official images shared by Google which stemed previous leaks. Much similar to the rumours about the new iPhone, we can see a square shaped camera at the back of Pixel 4. Two cameras, a flash and an additional sensor are clearly visible. The phone is expected to feature a 2,800mAh battery with a super smooth 90Hz display much like the OnePlus 7 Pro, face recognition and a better RAM. The detail left to know is the price which is expected to be revealed in the Made by Google event on October 15.

Redmi Note 8 Series

Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro were just unveiled by Xiaomi in the end of August in China. We will definitely be seeing some features like IP52 rating and quad cameras. It would be interesting to see how Xiaomi is going to price these devices after they are getting a tough competition from Realme. We are expecting the smartphone by the end of October; most probably October 24.

Vivo NEX 3

Earlier last month, we saw the launch of Vivo NEX 3 in China. We witnessed the device to have 5G capabilities and a bezel-less design on the sides, a Snapdragon 855+ and a circular triple camera. Just like the Redmi Note 8 series, we expect the launch of this device in the last month of October after an early launch in China.

Oppo K5

In the end of the list, we have the Oppo K5 which features quad rear cameras with 64MP primary sensor, Snapdragon 730G, and supports fast charging of 30W according to the leaks that are coming our way. Oppo may also launch Oppo K5 and Oppo Reno Ace in the same event which we expect to be held this month.

Trump Nominated Poland To Join U.S. Visa Waiver Program After Decades Long Campaign

Trump Adminstration has formally nominated Poland for entry into its visa waiver program, making it easier for Poles to visit America.
President Donald Trump made the announcement as he departed the White House on Friday. The program allows pre-approved travelers from participating countries to visit the U.S. for up to 90 days without obtaining a non-immigrant visitor visa. The White House calls the move an "important step in continuing to increase economic, security, cultural, and people-to-people connections between our two nations."
Poland has been pushing to be included in the program for years, and Trump administration officials had made clear the decision was expected. It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for," Poland's U.S. Embassy said after the announcement. Trump said details of the program would be worked out "over the next couple of months. They've been trying to get this for many, many decades. And, I got it for the Polish people, in honor of the Polish people in the United States and in Poland," Trump said. "No more tiring visa formalities,” tweeted Marcin CzapliƄski, a longstanding diplomat in Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

FIFA 20 Global Series Registration May Have Unveiled About 1,600 Players' Personal Information

Hype is growing for the FIFA 20 Global Series, the qualification system in place for the FIFA eWorld Cup, so the registration took place yesterday, well something strange surfaced. They saw usernames, email addresses and dates of birth, among other information, players were asked to verify their account details, but in some cases the details actually belonged to someone else.
Electronic Arts has now confirmed that the personal information of about 1,600 FIFA 20 Global Series registrants may have been made public. For these affected FIFA 20 players, there's little that can be done. The issue cropped up on Thursday with the launch of FIFA 20 Global Series registration.

Players opening the registration page were presented not with blank fields to fill out, but with details already filled in from other registrants' accounts. The information made available included email addresses, EA Account IDs, country of residence, and birth dates. The information was easily accessible, but it's unclear whether the information was made more broadly available through, say, a publicly open database.
Electronic Arts was able to recognize the issue and take down the registration website within 30 minutes. But, as previously noted, approximately 1,600 players had their data vulnerable during this period of time. EA is currently in the process of reaching out to each of FIFA 20 Global Series registrants who were affected and informing them of the incident. Anyone who believes they might have been one of those who registered extremely quickly should change their EA account password, just in case. In addition, EA promised the registration page would be up again in the days to follow, which you can now register on the official website.
